It is gratifying to know that the values and dedication to service that so characterized the soldiers of WWII have been passed down to today's young women and men such as your son.
-Greg TaylorGreg Taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01409962933357676885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7889963722674899878.post-36179880074224206702011-09-03T07:47:34.447-07:002011-09-03T07:47:34.447-07:00Dear Greg,

My son just returned to the states after serving 9 months in Iraq. He is currently at Fort Lewis in Washington. He's been gone from home for one year and I'm anxious to hug his neck and kiss his soldier face. I've only read two letters so far but your dad sounds so much like my son. He didn't write much but with our amazing technology we were able to communicate a lot.
I kept a blog for the year he was gone. motherofmyson.blogspot.com and I so glad I did. God Bless you for reminding us of your fathers sacrifice.
Pattie Newsompattie newsomhttp://motherofmyson.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.com
